In today’s article i’m gonna tell you guys a stupid simple hack. Blackened Chicken in Air Fryer that was actually recently discovered written in a caveman’s cave somewhere in tibet.
They deciphered it and the recipe is here right now on this. Yes we are making anabolic blackened chicken tenders not only.
Can we have this recipe done start to finish in right around 20 minutes. It’s extremely low carb loaded with flavor and is the perfect recipe to throw right into your diet.

If y’all are another epic article underway then as always man. I’m here to do it for you let’s do it and when i tell you guys this is easy i literally mean it.
We are going to start with a pack of chicken breast tenderloins and from here the recipe practically does itself.
Weightout of Chicken
Now the first thing we’re going to do is weight out 336 grams of our chicken tenderloins. And lay them out flat either on a plate or a cutting board and the reason. I like to go with the tenderloins over just buying the breasts and shaping them myself is simply due to time.
We have to do no trimming no shaping nothing like that all. We got to do is cook them and honestly the more time you can save the better. What we want to do to these chicken tenderloins is get some of the moisture off of them.
They’re going to cook way better in the airfryer if they’re a little drier. So you are just going to take each one pat it dry with a paper towel soak up as much of that moisture as possible flip it over.
Do the exact same thing and alternatively you could just pick it up. Wrap it in the paper towel and dry it off this way whatever gets them dry works for me.
Now that got them all dried off what you want to do is go in with some kosher salt. And hit each of our tenderloins with a light coating. Then you are going to go in with some coarse black pepper.
Do the exact same thing and then once you’ve done that i’m going to go in flip. All of these over and do the exact same thing to the other side. Once we get this first seasoning layer on here.
The next step now once these are finished. We’ll set these off to the side for now and then we’re going to grab a large mixing bowl. And a food scale now with this blackened chicken in air fryer breading.
There’s going to be quite a few ingredients. We’re going to be tossing down in here just make sure using the food scale and weighing it out.
If you want the best result we’re gonna start by taking two grams of cornstarch. Placing it down in our mixing bowl and then from here it gets easy.
you’re gonna add five grams of paprika. Add three grams of garlic powder along with two grams of onion powder.
you’re gonna toss in a gram of ancho chili powder. Then you’re gonna follow that up with a gram of cumin a dash of oregano and a dash of red pepper flakes.
Then once all those are in here you are just gonna shake the bowl up. Get everything combined then after we got it mixed up the rest is pretty easy.
You’re gonna grab a chicken tender. You’re gonna toss it down in our breading flip it over. Let it get a nice coat all around.
It’s fully coated in your breading all you are gonna do is. Sit it on a plate and let it hang out while finish. Getting the rest of the chicken ready and now that these are breaded.
The last thing you got to do before. You pop them in the air fryer is hit them with a little coating of non-stick spray on each side.
you’re doing that to help them crisp up boom. Once you spray them flip them all over and do the exact same thing and now you’re cooking with gas.
Just gonna take all of the tenders sit them down in air fryer basket. You’re gonna easily be able to cook all these in one batch.
Also make sure none of them are touching they’re gonna cook the best that way. And then now all that’s left to do is give these guys a cook.
You’re gonna do 400 degrees anywhere from 12 to 14 minutes. You can flip them halfway through if you want but with this model. It works really well doesn’t seem to be a necessity. So you’ll start with 12 and while that’s cooking.

How perfectly that chicken cooked in the middle. It’s not dry it’s not chewy it’s literally perfect restaurant quality and that seasoning. On the outside isn’t super overpowering.
It’s got a little tiny bit of spice to it on the back end. It’s got a smoky flavor you can taste the black and burnt pieces and overall.
I might have to say this is the best way to eat chicken. A little tip with a recipe like this if you missed my grocery haul. That i just did on wednesday the article right before.
This is show you guys a ton of options for easy side dishes. That are healthy it’ll pair well with things like this so typically for me i’ll make the tenders like this
I’ll make one of my other chicken recipes. Or whatever i’m doing it could be a burger. Then i go for one of those side dishes pop it in the microwave. And i got myself a complete meal. Blackened chicken in air fryer is tasty.

This recipe in my opinion the best part and why would say. It’s probably the best way to be eating chicken in this entire recipe for every strip you make it exactly.
How i did it which end up with for the whole thing is only 335 calories. 3 grams of fat 75 grams of protein 2 grams of carbs. 0 grams of fiber literally 75 grams of protein right here.
One thing i recommend you can do which i could have probably easily turned. This into a meal prep is do up a bunch of these tenders. And just cook them in batches in the air fryer and the next thing.
You know you could have two three four pounds of chicken. That’s gonna last in your fridge for up to around five days it’s gonna have that flavor locked in. It’s gonna be perfect and all you gotta do is when.
It’s time to eat you pull it out add it to your meals. And boom you have delicious chicken that is not only delicious. But it’s essentially as anabolic as it gets because it’s pure protein and here.
Air Fryer For Chicken
We go it’s time for the final bite hopefully you can read that. What i’m telling you that air fryer makes chicken perfectly. I’m not lying to you if you don’t have an air fryer go pick a cheap. One up at walmart target.
Wherever you can find a cheap air fryer not only is. It an easy way to cook things like this recipe. But i think it really creates some of the most delicious food.
So here go seriously what’s not to love about this. Just got 75 grams of protein with only two grams of carbs and three grams of fat. And on top of that every one of those tenders was absolutely delicious.
